We want to make sure your experience with us is a positive one. Please review our refund and cancellation policy carefully:
- we offer the ability to reschedule your appointment up to 48 hours prior without penalty
- there is a $10 fee to reschedule under 48 hours
- we want you to be 100% happy with your creations and we'll offer you 50% discount on painting/creating a new piece
- due to delicate nature of the firing process, very rarely pieces get damaged or clay may explode at very high temperatures. If your piece is broken damaged, you will be offered a remake session to make/paint a new piece at no charge.
We are unable to refund class or workshop fees for non-attendance but you can reschedule 48 hours prior to your appointment. An 80% refund will be given for refund requests received within 2 weeks of purchase. A 50% refund will be given for requests made within one week of purchase. No refunds will be given for cancellations made after 2 weeks of purchase. Sales receipt is required for all refunds.
We do want you to be 100% satisfied. Please call, text or email us if you're not happy or missed a class and we'll do what we can.
WE ARE OPEN BY APPOINTMENT AND ARE UNABLE TO ACCOMMODATE WALK-INS. PLEASE MAKE SURE YOUR APPOINTMENT IS PROPERLY BOOKED, PAID AND FULLY CONFIRMED TO AVOID DISAPPOINTMENT. IF YOU ARE USING GROUPON WE NEED THE VOUCHER CODE, OTHERWISE THE APPOINTMENT WILL GET AUTOMATICALLY CANCELLED.
